Samsung’s CES press conference has always had a unique vibe. The South Korean electronics titan typically holds back on major consumer electronics announcements, especially since the highly anticipated Galaxy S25 is set to debut later in January.
For CES 2025, Samsung is expected to stick to its usual focus on TVs and appliances. Additionally, there will be some intriguing but perhaps impractical concepts, such as consumer robots, that are unlikely to ever hit the market. The company has embraced the tagline “AI for All: Everyday, Everywhere” for this year’s event, which is scheduled for January 6 at 2 p.m. PT / 5 p.m. ET.
While this tagline doesn’t provide much insight, it’s clear that any company that fails to highlight AI during its press conference risks being overlooked. We have heard, however, that Samsung will be placing a strong emphasis on their AI-enabled refrigerators in January.
The presentation will be streamed live directly from Samsung’s newsroom.
